Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I used Rippling for all my HR Tasks and to track payroll. This tool makes it super easy to stay on top of things and is much better than using multiple offerings that I've had to do in other companies. I use Rippling several times a month and have never felt more organized using a provider. 10/10.

Pros

  • Tracking Income and Taxes
  • Easy to request off work and track PTO
  • Straightforward on helping me finish required tasks

Cons

  • I would love slack notifications
  • Text notifications
  • App is solid, but could use some more modern UI improvements
  • Spending less time trying to figure out how to do basic tasks
  • Less stress that something slips through the cracks
  • Confidence in the product to deliver
Best payroll and hr task management by far. Have used several and it just is easier to use. My favorite feature is when it's payday and they send you an email and gif that says "you got paid". It sounds ridiculous but this small touch feels personalized and makes you feel extra good about it.

Easiest payroll and hr task platform out there. It syncs with Gmail so I get emails when I have something that needs to get done and I'm always updated on important tasks. I never have to reach out to our HR team to ask any questions, because the platform is that easy to use.
Any HR or Payroll related tasks are incredibly easy using Rippling. In other orgs I've had a ton of questions on how to navigate through all the offerings and tasks, and Rippling is by far way more straightforward. The only thing I wish they offered would be slack and text messages. This may be possible, but I don't have it set up on my end.
