Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We are implementing Rippling as our HRIS of record, including recruiting & onboarding, payroll, performance management, goals, timecard, time off requests, surveys, etc. We used to use different systems that didn't integrate with other, but now with Rippling, we have one source of truth for all our employees, speeding up all admin functions and putting data into the hands of our managers.

It's easy to use, has both employee and manager self service, and it puts data into the hands of those who need it to make smarter people decisions.
As we are still implementing our system, our implementation specialist is top notch - quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable about all functions and is quick to suggest options for us.
