Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is an awesome HR software. We use it mainly for payroll and clocking in and out. It has been amazing! We have also started using it for benefits administration, and that has been going pretty well. Payroll and PTO used to be an absolute nightmare for our team. Rippling has made these things process extremely efficiently.

  • It does nickel and dime you a little bit.
  • PTO no longer has to be tracked in a spreadsheet!
  • We don't have to print paper checks for everyone!
  • Processes are much smoother and more efficient.
Rippling has the best support chatbot that I have ever encountered. You don't even need to chat with customer service because their bot (which must be powered by AI) can answer any question that you might have. It does this without using canned responses, either. It genuinely answers all of your questions, and I have always been able to find what I've been looking for.

It is incredibly easy to use. I have never had any struggles with learning the ropes of this software.
Rippling provides excellent service in the areas that I touched on previously. Payroll runs very smoothly. We run payroll twice a month, which is easy to do in Rippling. Our team is required to clock in and out to get paid. Rippling makes this easy by providing a robust mobile app that lets everyone clock in and out as soon as they arrive/leave for the day right on their phones.
