Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for payroll management, pto tracking and other benefits between employer and employees. As an employee it makes it easier for me to check my pay stub and helps us to communicate leaves that we'd like to file for approval of our team lead. It's like an all in one HR tool that gives us quick access to everything we need.

  • I'm not sure, i think the company gets what it is paying Rippling for.
It was easy to get an answer from Rippling representatives. They would definitely respond the soonest they can. This has been proven recently when we had some issues with bank transfers and they were able to resolve and identify the issue quickly. They never failed to provide support when needed.

The app has proven it's worth and purpose. It has been helpful for employees and employers to communicate with each other. They were able to bridge vital HR stuff between employees and employers and makes it easy for both. An all in one app that serves its purpose. Worth buying.
Rippling made it easier for us to communicate as an employee to our employer and vice versa. It gives us quick access to our paystub. It also makes leave filing easy. One thing that Rippling could improve on is their mobile app that sometimes does not retain your login details and keeps on looping in identification via the website. Sometimes paystub access have some glitches too.
