Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling for payroll and core HR. I also use it to check my earnings, my taxes, and pay stubs, and to contact my manager to request longer days off. There is not really a problem that I experience on this website. It is very user-friendly and easy to navigate

The platform is modern, clean, and easy to navigate. It also has seamless automation, meaning it automates many tasks across HR, payroll, benefits, and IT. As far as the mobile application, the mobile access a well-designed mobile experience for employees and administrators. Although I do not use this feature, it can connect with a wide range of third-party tools.
Rippling is very user-friendly on both the website and the app. Nothing feels overwhelming because it is very organized and easy to navigate. They have icons of different personal apps displayed on the homepage for easy clicking. It is a great tool for work to track your finances and connect with HR if needed
