Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

In my company Rippling to manage Time offs, approvals, review cycles, conduct any surveys, managing recruiting process.
This made the management of employee leave management tracking the approvals or comments easy. Along with this, the recruiting feature is used heavily, to check for the upcoming interviews which are scheduled or to refer any candidate for the opening which are provided in the same feature.

Pros

  • The time off management is designed very well, when ever I want to apply for a time off I can clearly see the available leave balance along with the special leaves provided by the company, so that I can leverage them accordingly
  • The UX of the app is particularly good, as a new user is not needed to go through any kind of tutorials to understand the application
  • The recruiting feature, it is easier to refer any friend or colleague to a new opening in the company as the tracking is simpler here.

Cons

  • The customer support ticket responses are delayed sometimes.
  • I would be better to have advanced filters in the reports section
  • Customizable landing page so that I can place the features which I use frequently where there are more accessible.
  • Easy time-off tracking & approvals
  • Insightful and detailed reports.
  • Slow customer service is one of the negative impact.
Rippling is easier to use, quicker to set up, and more affordable for small to mid-sized businesses. It combines HR, and IT in one place, saving time. Workday is better for large companies with complex needs, but it’s harder to learn and more expensive. Rippling is great for businesses wanting a simple, all-in-one solution.
In my experience, Rippling’s support is slow. After submitting a ticket, it takes too long to get a response. This delay is very frustrating, especially when urgent issues need fixing. Faster support would improve the experience. Rippling can improver the response time so that it would help the users resolve problems without long waits.

Rippling is very straightforward to use and allows manage HR and IT in one place. It saves time with automation and a simple design. but, setup can take time, and customer service is gradual. overall, it’s an amazing choice for organizations and its users seeking out an complete HR solution, User-friendly application.
The company provides different types of leaves casual ones and some special ones based on the people and need. This usually explained at the time of joining. The applications leave management section has the detailed explanation of each type of leaves and also the current overall balance and the balance per type of leave, Which made the time off management simpler for me.
