Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Rippling is, to the best of my knowledge, our payroll and time scheduling software. In my experience as an individual user, it is used in several situation. With time off, it manages requests by tracking whether they have been approved and allows new requests to be put in easily. For payroll information, it keeps track of your pay stubs and allows you to check pay information, and access tax documents.

As an employee, it's made me more productive since I don't have to waste time finding information and resources I need.
As an end user, I feel Rippling has simplified my taxes and key financial information in a way that makes it not only easy to understand but easy to utilize even on a personal level.
As an employee, the ability to see pending time off requests has clarified communication from my supervisors and taken the burden off them to notify me when a request is approved thanks to the automated system.

Usability

I think the biggest factor is its intuitiveness. I see the menu selections, and I already know where the information I'm looking for is going to be. With other similar software, information was sometimes stored in menu items that made little sense to me and increased my frustration. With Rippling, I know I can get any document or piece of information extremely easily.

Likelihood to Recommend

From an employee standpoint, it is very well suited to the person who checks their pay information intermittently. The interface is very intuitive for those who only login occasionally. In this case, it removes the frustration of feeling you must learn things over and over. I'm not sure of a situation where it wouldn't shine since it provides a core service that most businesses would benefit from.
