Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I am a property manager and use Rippling for time clock, payroll and direct deposit, benefits management, etc.

Pros

  • User Friendly
  • Easy Navigation
  • Organization

Cons

  • I do not know of any issues I can think of.
  • I used Paylocity at my last job and never was able to navigate it as easily as I am Rippling.
  • I am in property management so I have to really practice time management. Rippling makes it easy to track my breaks, lunches, hours in general.

It is so easy to navigate. I love that I am able to access the app on my phone whenever needed.
I have already told ex coworkers about Rippling and how they should suggest the program to the supervisors. I feel as if Rippling could solve a lot of the issues they are having.
