We use Robly to send out email blasts to promote upcoming programs and events at the library or important new happenings to our patrons.
- I love the OpenGen feature. This option has a lot more people opening the emails we send.
- Making separate target email lists.
- Easy to add photos and change templates.
- I have had issues of the program freezing when I'm working on layout and haven't saved it so have to start over.
- We can reach more people that use our library that are out of our newsletter mailing area.
- Increased attendance at programs.
I like the OpenGen feature and the pricing is good. Being a nonprofit organization, we have a yearly budget so wherever we can save money it helps.
