Overall Satisfaction with Robly

We use Robly to send out email blasts to promote upcoming programs and events at the library or important new happenings to our patrons.

I love the OpenGen feature. This option has a lot more people opening the emails we send.
Making separate target email lists.
Easy to add photos and change templates.

I have had issues of the program freezing when I'm working on layout and haven't saved it so have to start over.

We can reach more people that use our library that are out of our newsletter mailing area.
Increased attendance at programs.

I like the OpenGen feature and the pricing is good. Being a nonprofit organization, we have a yearly budget so wherever we can save money it helps.

Good way to promote our programs a week and then a few days before an event. Great reminder to people and has boosted our attendance.
