Overall Satisfaction with RollWorks
We use RollWorks for our programmatic ABM campaigns. Currently, we have campaigned for the top of the funnel, early pipeline, late pipeline, customer upsell, and wake the dead.
- Delivers ads.
- High company match rate.
- Good looking dashboards.
- The weird contract includes ad spend that makes it harder to manage spend with what's included vs not.
- Inconsistent data with regards to clicks vs account traffic.
- SFDC connection is wonky. Lots of room for improvement there.
- Brand awareness.
- Content distribution.
- Pipeline activation.
Having used both I would say that RollWorks is a good entry-level ABM tool, but it just hasn't caught up to Terminus yet. Expect some delays and hiccups - which I suppose is to be expected with a newer solution. Also, expect limitations on reporting and integration with SFDC vs what you would get with Terminus.
