Overall Satisfaction with Rubrik
Rubrik was installed as a replacement to Legacy Backup Exec. Previously we conducted full backups daily/weekly. Rubrik backs up user data/exchange/VMs/SQL. It's quick and performs amazingly. This is a full company backup system, so it backs up all environments from test to production.

Blows it out of the water. Web-based interface: not a clunky slow GUI Appliance: doesn't have to be installed on windows (which requires monthly updates). In pretty much every aspect, this was a major upgrade to Backup Exec. Obviously, Backup Exec. is cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Support is also second to none. BE support was atrocious.
