Overall Satisfaction with Rubrik

We ourselves use it for backup, and have multiple customers that use Rubrik Edges / nodes and we replicate the data from them. Replication is pretty easy to set up.

Pros

  • Comprehensive and easy to use
  • New customer setup. It's easy to set up backups and replication.

Cons

  • The v1 API should have more options
  • Reporting by SLA for remote sites
  • Can be easily used on large customers. Not many appliances have this capacity
It's great when setting up a virtualized server backup; unfortunately physical backup is lacking.
