Overall Satisfaction with Rubrik
We utilize Rubrik to back up all of our server and data infrastructures. We were a long-time CommVault customer and found the product to be expensive and very complicated. After reviewing many backup vendors and options, Rubrik was the clear winner in simplicity and was very cost affordable. It's helped us modernize our backup infrastructure and move away from tape by backing up to AWS.
- The UI and setup process was very straight forward and easy to understand.
- Rubrik provides modern backup security features such as 2FA and immutable disks.
- We believe that a converged backup solution was the way to go and Rubrik has a great solution.
- The AWS configuration was the most difficult piece of the setup and required a support call but they were able to get us up and running.
- Rubrik has allowed us to jettison our old and expensive tape system and move to AWS.
- Rubrik's built-in security is helping us reduce risk and keeping our data safe.
We evaluated solutions from Veeam, Dell, CommVault, Exagrid, and Cohesity and found Rubrik to have the greatest ease of use and all the security features we needed as necessary for a modern solution. Additionally, Rubrik was very competitive in pricing.
