ADP RUN makes payroll FUN!

Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP
We use ADP RUN for payroll, HR, time management and recruiting. We are a small business, so saving time on payroll and HR functions is very important to us.
Pros
- Payroll is very easy to set up, make changes and use.
- Time management is very employee friendly and easy to use.
- HR411 has many helpful features and standard forms to utilize.
Cons
- Need an area for notes to add when salary changes are made so you are able to see who made the change and why.
- The mobile app to clock in and out has not been working lately and employees have been complaining about the app.
- Employees seen to have a hard time understanding how to request time off. I usually have to help them do that.
- Employees would like to see their time off balance on the dashboard instead of having to view their last pay stub to see it.
- Accounting is saving at least 2 hours each week processing payroll.
- The HR information online has saved at least 5 hours a month.
- Employee satisfaction with ADP is very positive when the mobile app is working properly.
The cost was about the same but ADP had a much better HR function and online background checks and ZipRecruiter. We also like the ability to easily add the ADP 401k product although we have not done so yet. As an accountant, I appreciate the "GL Company View" report that has been coded to pull our company's GL accounts for each payroll processed. That saves a ton of time doing the payroll journal entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
