Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP
We use ADP for payroll. They are excellent at taking the stress of payroll and payroll tax issues off of my desk.
- Customer Service is top notch. When there is an issue on my end (almost never on theirs), they explain clearly what needs to be done.
- Their online platform is easy to understand and work with.
- I love how they just handle the payroll taxes and advise me if I get a notice from the IRS.
- I honestly can't think of anything they could improve.
- We had a lot of payroll tax penalties before we started using ADP. So we save $ in the long run.
ADP has much better customer service. It is no contest.
