Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP

Product used for US employees payroll to handle direct deposit and withholdings calculation and payment.

Pros

  • If properly set-up, withholdings calculation
  • Withholdings remittances
  • Direct deposit to employees
  • Year-end reports

Cons

  • Sometimes there are delays in withholdings declaration incurring penalties and fees.
  • Resolution turnaround is very long, but customer service is curteous.
