Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP

Bi-Weekly payroll, quarterly and annual tax reporting.

Pros

  • Payroll - Provides me with a platform to enter employee work hours and then receive DD or live paychecks.
  • Payroll Taxes - Collects, reports and pays taxes at the local, state and federal levels.

Cons

  • Process - Hand-offs and ownership of customer issues need vast improvement. Hire me and I'll do something about it post-haste.
  • Sales Coverage - After close to 9 years with ADP you'd think someone would come around and say "Boo".
  • Time - I would have to spend a great amount of time on payroll and related payroll taxes filing if not for RUN.
I like ADP better.
It does my payroll and taxes once I have input employee work hours into the software. It is the ADP team that I have issues with and sorry to express them here, but hopefully, I will get some attention now.
