Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

We use it for payroll. It is simple to use. Employees can check the pay after every pay period by logging in. It is very secure and safe. Also when an employee moves to a different company, they can still see their prior paychecks. It is very handy and convenient tool.

ADP is more popular and convenient for many reasons. Easy to add more employees or transfer information from one company to another. It is more popular and powerful, kind of an industry standard which is used by several major employees in the industry. So the learning curve is minimal for any when you move to a different organization.
Almost everything is straight forward, and honestly would not need to contact customer service for any general inquiries, unless there is any specific question. Our company changed holidays or pay rates, and it was simple enough to do in ADP without much confusion to employees, so the service is very accommodating.

It is well suited for big companies where some employees work remote and can record their working hours by clocking in and clocking out, however for small companies like ours it is only used for pay checks. It is nice to have this secure information online, as it can be viewed from anywhere.
