I have not used them yet.
I used RUN Powered by ADP to support my payroll efforts. It is and will be used to support all our clients. It brings an ease to payroll process execution.
- Simplifies the Payroll Process
- Provides tools to help assess our client's spend, with helpful reports
- Provides data to align with needs in QB
- When trying to run payroll, it should be easier to find the link. It is buried and not apparent.
- There are ADP fees associated with payroll. These should be included with the total needed, so I can transfer the total amount to my payroll account for withdrawal.
- It has made things easier but would love to have Run provide the total amount needed for payroll, including the ADP processing fees
It is a nice service to have. It helps me from having to answer various payroll questions.
I prefer RUN, it is more user friendly and there is great support.
