HR Capabilities

We haven't utilized anything except for Payroll and Time Management. At this time, we don't have the finances to add more products to our package. I had questions that tied into HR, however, because I didn't have that in our package, ADP wasn't able to answer my questions in relation to HR.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use RUN for our Payroll and Time and Attendance. I am the office manager and I approve time cards and PTO requests through ADP. We also utilize paying our employees through this program. I did not come from a payroll background so your product makes my job more simple. You also have great customer service.

Pros and Cons

Easy navigation through screens
Excellent customer support
Great Reports

It would be nice to enter time off in blocks of time instead of each day.
More clarity on how to set up new systems for new companies.
It would be nice to not have to pay extra for the HR service or if ADP could answer questions that may have to do with HR.

Return on Investment

I have peace of mind once payroll has been completed.
It is a check and balance to what I am doing.
All mistakes are fixable.

Employee Self-Service

They like the ability to put in their time off. We have all salaried employees except for two staff members. It is a great resource for them to be able to pull up their pay stubs and receive their W-2 information instead of waiting for them to come in the mail. It is a one-stop-shop for their benefits.

Alternatives Considered

N/A. I have not had time to evaluate any other products within ADP. Right now we only utilize the payroll, time and attendance, and employee access features. We have not considered other outside products to help in these areas. ADP was recommended to us and we just went with it.

I have always had excellent customer service, the staff are patient and explain well if you are a new user of ADP. I like the ease of the website and doing what I need to do as far as payroll and time off. The website is very easy to navigate. It would be helpful to have an area where you can see how something is done if you don't have time to call customer service.
