Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

I haven't used that so far.
I run payroll and ADP takes care of everything including a tax deduction and payment. I also see the reports which show information about pay, taxes, and other deductions.

Pros

  • Taxes and reports submitted on time.
  • Friendly customer service
  • It takes information about 1099 payments.

Cons

  • As user, I should be able to use special payroll by myself.
  • Check information for 1099 payment should be easily put in by myself.
  • Adp should have an accounting software built in.
  • It is easy to use and I can quickly see the salary information and taxes and deductions associated.
I know that feature, but we have not used that so far,
Intuit full payroll service. That was also a nice experience. But I think ADP has better customer service.

ADP is very reliable and we fear less that it will ever be negligent when it comes to our information. ADP should have accounting software connected to ADP. And it should possibly have a software program that helps make income statements and balance sheets.
