I use RUN Powered by ADP® to process payroll for employees.
- Easy website

- Website can be slow sometimes

I don't believe any of our employees use the portal to access their info. But I do, and I like having it readily available when I need it.
I like being able to enter payroll online and not have to talk to anyone on the phone like I did with Paychex Flex. I work in a business where my phone rings often and majority of my business is conducted over the phone, so it is nice to be able to do payroll online while assisting clients with other needs on the phone.
