Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
We used the ADP employee handbook wizard and it help us prepared and completed our employee handbook really quickly and therefore saved $$ on otherwise-would-be attorney fees and hours of time of our own. The employee handbook wizard made things really easy, as we only need to enter a few company specific info spots, and then it's done. Just like that, done!
We use RUN Powered by ADP® to run our payrolls and related payroll taxes reporting and payment. ADP enables use to understand the latest update on appliable laws and requirements and make sure we're in compliance, including but not limited to payroll related matters and 401K annual compliance testing and reporting. The service we received from ADP is professional, efficient and effective.

- I need help on 401K annual testing and sent an email to ADP a week ago with a high importance marked, but so far no response received. Though I receive prompt help after finding and calling into the customer service line, having the email communication channel work will be better.

This feature is beneficial, but I found the content often not loaded up correctly so having bugs frequently. We offered the employee access portal to all employees but they frequently mentioned having issues and asking for sending certain files to them. Not sure if they lack the tech savvy to find the files or just didn't go enough to try.
We haven't started using the mobile app because there are too many apps available these days and also want to limit the potential risk of wrongful access by non-appropriate persons. But having the app available is definitely valuable and provide additional, or alternative, way to monitor and manage certain functions.
Convenient, easy and provide professional help and access. We used other products offering payroll processing and reporting services, but I like ADP more because it's easy to use, simple to navigate, and have professional assistance available to help when needed and to make sure we have the latest regulations change covered and we are in full compliance.
