We haven't used the HR capabiities at all, we have 6 employees
We have a small church and this is our payroll service, we manage our time and payroll using this app. it's great that I can take a few minutes and have payroll done. This isn't my primary job, I volunteer at the church. I have another full time job, I'm a full time student and a full time mom. So anything to make the process of helping the church and doing it quickly is great!
- Quickly and easily processes our payroll
- Tracks employee time
- Saves me time from having to do payroll taxes and reporting
- Once in a while the time clock feature wont let people clock in or out and I have to manually enter their time.
- We are a fairly new customer, but it's one part of this job that is simple and doesn't take up much of my time.
They can manage their own direct deposits, and one less thing I can screw up. You never want to screw up an employee's payroll.
It makes it great when I get a text that someone forgot to clock in or out, I can fix it right away rather than having to wait till I'm back in my office in front of a computer. I'm terrible that if I don't do something right away I'll forget it, and this way I can do it and be done.
We were recommended to use this service, we had a local person we discussed doing our payroll and she refused and pointed us here, and this has been simple reasonably price and SUPER EASY on me!
