Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

Haven't used any of the HR features so far
As a RUN Powered by ADP® Wholesale provider we use it to provide our clients payroll solutions to meet their needs. Having ADP as a partners helps greatly as they take care of all the payroll tax filings and payments along with the year end returns such as W-2s. They also provide our clients and their employees an app to be able to have access to their own documentation electronically therefore limiting the amount of confidential documents in the office for other to see.

Cons

  • Easier way to provide clients electronic reports when payroll has been run like having it automated somehow within the system instead of having to log in to get the reports to then email to the client
  • Able to provide clients payroll solutions without the headache
  • Seamless integration for retirement solutions
  • Pay by pay worker's compensation plans
We setup all clients and their employees to have online access to their payroll information so they can access it anytime they need.
Our clients and their employees use the app and love having their information at their fingertips without having to log into a website via a computer.

Been using it since 2009 and it's help our practice grow by providing this additional service to clients whom are thankful to have it all in once place and with a company like ADP behind us.
