Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I use RUN Powered by ADP® to access payroll, time cards, and employment information for my Team in MI & FL. I've used the website for about 6mos and I can tell it's an improvement over the product we previously used. I really appreciate the intuitiveness of the website and I enjoy using the latest technology in payroll.
Pros
- I can see an overview of the team members paycheck
- I can easily help when someone is locked out or has a system question
- The services are easy to find in the website and navigate to
Cons
- I receive contacts from several different people at APD and it's a bit confusing
- I asked for a change in bank accounts and had to open a ticket and then never heard back - so follow though on open tickets needs additional support
- The website does not pop up right away in the search engine
- I have not calculated this
This has been helpful but I also had this feature with my last provider too so I think it may be somewhat common now. I did have a team member that cannot figure out how to change her deductions on her own though. The employee directions may need additional support.
