Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

I have not used any.
We use RUN Powered by ADP® to address our company's Payroll needs. We moved to RUN Powered by ADP® after experiencing several issues with our previous Payroll provider. RUN Powered by ADP® has worked great for our company, making the Payroll process quick, seamless, and easy. One of my favorite features is the chat where I can speak to a live representative and have my Payroll related questions addressed easily. The experts at ADP are very knowledgeable and can usually address any issue or question I have on the first ask.

Pros

  • Has experts who are knowledgeable in all Payroll related needs
  • Allows you to quickly and easily make changes to individual employee data
  • Is easy to use anywhere you are - whether on their mobile app or website
  • Has several products that work well together - a one stop provider

Cons

  • Opening state tax accounts, more detailed information would be helpful - some states require local as well as state accounts and knowing that at the start would be helpful, as well as the websites to visit to apply for these account numbers.
  • Saved me time by easily answering Payroll related questions I had, saving me the research
  • Given us the ability to manage Payroll and timesheets with one provider in an affordable manner for our small business
This has been a huge benefit for us. Allowing employees the flexibility to make changes to their personal information, access their W2, and all other personal Payroll related information has been a game changer for us. Their system is very easy for employees to use and setting up a new employee to be able to access their information is easy.
RUN Powered by ADP® is much more tech savvy than our previous providers. Their experts are also more knowledgeable. Additional employees can access and update their own information, which makes my job easier and saves me time. For our small business needs we also found RUN Powered by ADP® to fit into our budget better.

RUN Powered by ADP® works great for our small business needs. Their pricing was better than competitors we evaluated and their experts are very knowledgeable in all things Payroll related. Managing employees in RUN Powered by ADP® is very easy and their knowledge database makes finding answer to your questions when using RUN Powered by ADP® very simple. They have a great chat feature I frequently use that allows you to find the answers you need quickly, or connects you to a live agent if needed.
