Pros
- Easy efficient payroll process
- Tax filing
- Timekeeping all in one place
- Automated services accessible by phone/web
Cons
- Some tax reports are imbedded and hard to find especially state
- Payroll details would be nice to see per person when doing payroll for cumulative update on contributions etc.
- It would be great if contractor manual checks did not post in QuickBooks. Check is recorded in QuickBooks when written just need it in ADP for the 1099
- The product does cost more compared to other product used but it also saves time that would have been charged
Great for all part time employees who have to keep time. Everyone likes the ability to see real time pay stubs and make changes on the fly

Product was no longer being supported and the upgrade was not available. The new product was no worth the increase in price.
