Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

We use RUN Powered by ADP® for HR and payroll purposes. It really streamlines the hiring process, allowing the new employee to fill out all of their information and required paperwork before their first day. The app also allows the employee to track their time and see all of the allowances, pay stubs, etc. It makes running payroll a lot easier than other companies we have used.

Cons

  • please integrate better processes for spanish speaking employees.
  • allow scheduling/timekeeping to have more customization options for the admins. Such as creating a rule automatically taking a 30 min lunch option for hourly employees when they have worked over 6 hours
  • PTO needs to be more readily available in the run app on desktop for the admin. It is not easy to find to approve time off for an employee from the home screen
  • This has made the time it takes our admins to properly take care of payroll and other HR processes from hours per week to minutes.
We do like and appreciate this feature that RUN Powered by ADP® provides, but again, it it imperative that it becomes more accessible to spanish speaking employees.
Yes, if there are timekeeping errors and it flags us, it takes seconds to go back and check timecards or schedules and correct any issues if needed.

We had a payroll company before who went out of business, and tried to partner with ADP to take all of their customers. The transition to RUN Powered by ADP® was pretty easy, and I felt like i never had to ask anyone a question more than once. Everyone was super helpful in that regard, and we had multiple training sessions to make sure we understood how to use RUN

As stated before, RUN Powered by ADP® has proved really helpful in the hiring processes, and allowing employees to clock in and out, as well as running payroll. We need better options to send onboarding paperwork to employees in spanish, though. 75% of our employees at this company speak only spanish, so while it's nice to have their app and paperwork available to them on their phones, it's not easily accessible to them in a language they do not speak.
