Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I desperately need to use the HR feature to upload and have our handbook reviewed but have not done so. It is a goal in the next few weeks to accomplish this task.
I use RUN Powered by ADP® to process payroll. My accounting software/timekeeping software allows for me to run a quick report and upload into RUN Powered by ADP®. This is super helpful because RUN Powered by ADP® provides me a report I generated for PTO to stay up to date on employees' use/balances.
Pros
- Helps me manage PTO Time for Employees
- Helps employees access earnings/paystubs on their own
- Quick and easy uploading/processing payroll
Cons
- I do wish I could see total hours worked as I entered payroll so I could avoid having to check again after processing to be sure all hours match
- The one singular place RUN Powered by ADP® has saved me time is in calculating and reporting PTO for employees. With over 30 employees it is nice to know it is accurate and available through the last date of the last payroll processed.
This is a GREAT feature. Selling it to employees is not always easy - which I do not understand at all. It is so easy and convenient to access your earnings, pay stubs and so forth. My goal is to get all employees to access their own information.
I would not say this has personally saved me any time, though I do love the interface and ease of it.
