No, we haven't used any of the HR features
We use Run Powered by ADP primary for payroll and time management.

Pros

  • Chat is very useful
  • Time management

Cons

  • Not able to request more than 2 weeks off
  • Not able to add Medical and dental plan offered by the company
  • Lower the cost of payroll
Ease of access the payroll info and change their information anytime on their own.
Yes, less time deal with employee's payroll related requests. Much faster onboarding process.

I find RUN Powered by ADP particularly easy to use. The pricing is another aspect I appreciate, as it offers value for money. The initial setup process was very easy and smooth. I'd highly recommend the product to others.
