I have not utilized any of these features as of yet.
We use RUN powered by ADP to process our semi-monthly payroll. It calculates the paid time-off, gross and net pay, and calculates the fed and local taxes. We use the direct deposit feature, and all employees use this method for receiving their pay.
Pros

Cons
- we are fairly new users and have not processed end of year yet, so no suggestions at this time
- we are saving money for payroll processing
- it is more user friendly for those that enter the payroll data
- it saves time entering payroll
From an administrator standpoint, it saves time looking up employee information that the employee now has access to.
Yes, as mentioned in all of the above examples.
We selected RUN Powered by ADP because it is user-friendly and saves time and money for the company. Customer service is also a lot more accessible. Our previous provider was not easy to use, the employees could not self-serve and the customer service was outsourced, and horrible actually from my experience.
