Overall Satisfaction with Sage CRM

All sales associates and their assistants are using this product.
  • Opportunity tracking for pipeline reporting
  • Email logging and call tracking
  • Interaction with Outlook is average
  • Difficult to access from outside of the office or on mobile devices.
  • Much better deal tracking
  • Great historical record of emails and touches.
Microsoft CRM has much better integration with MS Office (as expected). Salesforce has much better remote access and mobile device access.
Microsoft CRM is where the company is headed.
I think it is very well suited for the SMB market or smaller sales teams within a larger organization.
