Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is used for our accounting software for the corporation. It is integrated with Salesforce. We have users who submit sales orders through Salesforce and the accounting department completes the invoicing in Intacct.
  • Sage Intacct integrates with other software well and extends the reach of our ERP.
  • It definitely streamlined our invoicing process.
  • There is an active community of Intacct employees and users whom you can ask questions.
  • It can be confusing to understand how to get answers from what seem like routine problems without logging a case.
  • We have managed to increase billing without adding staff.
  • We have increased our efficiency of our monthly closing.
I liked the endorsement for financial reports from the AICPA that Sage Intacct had and others did not. Also, their focus on open API and the ability to integrate with other best-in-class software solutions was a big draw.
Sage Intacct is well suited to situations where a lot of data needs to be captured and reported on. That is where Intacct's dimensions carry so much weight. It allows the data to be reported on in so many different ways. Also, it is well suited in a scenario where there are different "best-in-class" solutions that will be used and where integration among the different solutions is desired.
