Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is being used across our entire organization. We are using it for all accounting and reporting needs of the organization.

Pros

  • We can setup dashboards for each department manager which enables them to review their operating statements throughout the month and final results at the end of the month. The Dashboard is real time, allows them to review and provide feedback to the accounting department if they do not understand or agree with charges posted to their department.
  • Because Sage Intacct is cloud based, it provides security and peace of mind that our data is being backed up offsite daily. It also frees up our IT resources for other needs.

Cons

  • Sage Intacct has partnered with Asset/Edge fixed assets system. I do not really care for the way this software functions. The reporting has a lot to be desired.
  • Unable to answer this question, other than I am spending less time reporting results.
Sure, we are experiencing a consistency in data between systems which saves us time.
We were able to integrate Sage Intacct into our organization with very little disruption. My employees were able to continue on with their responsibilities without any delays.
Netsuite, Blackbaud, Dynamics by Microsoft
We migrated from Quickbooks to Sage Intacct and it was a seamless transition. My employees were able to become productive from day one.
