Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is being used by the Accounting team which supports AP, AR, CM, GL, Fixed Asset, etc. functions.
  • Great Intacct community, quick turnaround time for case replies.
  • User friendly
  • Easy to navigate
  • Fixed asset function is not robust, slow processing if the data is too large
  • Reporting tool is not user friendly
  • Syncing with other software if positive impact to save time
  • Syncing errors with other software
Depreciation schedule is very helpful in FA module, which saves us ton of time. Reporting for FA is easy to read and straight forward.
We do not use these functions on Intacct.
Uploading function is ease of use.
Ease of use
I've used several different accounting software, every software has pro and cons. I like the Intacct community, their promptness and professionalism. Search function can definitely improve around the platform. Overall, user friendly.
