Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

It is being used by the whole organization.

Pros

  • Ease of Customization -- allows for simple customization.
  • Adaptability with other Systems.
  • Ease of use-- extremely intuitive.

Cons

  • The restrictions of some features and functions.
  • Extracting volume data most of the time is an issue.
  • Reports are available instantaneously reflecting the latest transactions.
  • Other benefits include the ability to import any type of transaction.
It benefits us in processing a high volume of rent rolls.
The system is User Intuitive, so training new hires on the system is a 30-minute walkthrough, then onto process training.
The software is very responsive and thoroughly integrated. I also appreciate the constant enhancement, the responsive Support team, and the frequent webinars that inform of the new changes and improve the usefulness of the software.
The reporting, platform services, and general ledger modules don't seem to get very much attention in the past few years in terms of further development in the quarterly update to the software.
