Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We recently moved our accounting process from QuickBooks to Sage Intacct. It is being used by the entire organization by users in multiple states. We have multiple entities and it is easy to manage them with Sage Intacct, we especially like that we can have multiple entities open at the same time and can toggle back and forth without signing in and out like we had to do with QuickBooks.
Pros
- Allows work in multiple companies at the same time.
- User-friendly
- Easy to navigate
Cons
- The search function for help rarely returns any results.
- Inability to undo bank recons.
- Not much info online for assistance.
- Some processes are quicker with Sage Intacct.
- Sage Intacct is affordable.
- Management of users is easy and effective.
Our corporation hasn't used the automated processes. We manually enter everything and prefer it that way, it's best for us to have complete control over what's going on in the system but I can see why this would be beneficial for others. We only use the system for accounts payable, journal entries and bank reconciliations.
We use the multi-entity consolidations. This has been a huge help for our company and the ability to track revenue and expenses. All of our employees have commented on how much easier it is to enter and reconcile transactions using Sage Intacct. We are able to open all entities in their own windows on the browser and toggle between them.
