Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct for all finance and accounting. It is integrated with Salesforce on the front end and YayPay on the backend. These tight integrations save us a lot of time and provide a more accurate financial ecosystem with fewer spreadsheets and less information housed outside of the system. Also, as a SaaS business, Sage Intacct's handling of revenue recognition was a strong factor in why I purchased it.
- Revenue Recognition - They take what can be a complicated process/calculation and make it straightforward and defendable.
- Integrations - With so many niche products that do specific tasks or processes well, I appreciate how easy the Intacct integration module is to use.
- There are a few areas where functionality exists in one area that would be great to have identical functionality in another area. (Example: Allocations exist on bills, but not on credit card charges or expense reports).
- I am spending way less time in spreadsheets and I have a higher degree of confidence when communicating numbers.
- Innovation.
- Ease of use.
