- Reporting.
- Dimensions allow you to slice and dice the data.
- Ability to customize the software and user interface.
- Support services are some of the worst I have experiences from an ERP provider. Not only the time to get a response but also the level of knowledge from the support staff is poor.
- Fixed asset module.
- The integration of the credit card module seems to be half-finished.
- At times it seems the priority is on creating the next big tech advancement instead of cleaning up bugs in the old features.
