Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

This is a family business office. We use Sage Intacct for the majority of the companies owned by the family.

Pros

  • Constant enhancements to the program
  • Great customer support
  • Economical

Cons

  • Difficult sometimes to go back and edit or repair entries
  • Not always advance notice of enhancements to some functions and the old function is gone
  • Time management has increased significantly, system is much more efficient.
Absolutely have benefitted from automation. We are a small family office with entities and the system allows us to manage all of these entities with ease.
While it was hard to move away from QuickBooks, our training group, LBMC, made this transition easy and were always available to help whenever we had a problem.
We have only ever used QuickBooks.
I have now been using Sage for one year, coming off a lifetime of QuickBooks. I can't imagine going back to QuickBooks. Sage is easy to use (once you are trained), convenient and efficient. I can work from anywhere, stay on top of everything and be able to answer questions at a moment's notice.
