Sage Intacct... Amazing!
Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Intacct is currently being used by our Accounting Department and those in the other departments that will need to access the data that we are providing to them. It addresses any issues of department budgets and enables our ministries to be able to see their budget in real time. We have a designated person in every department that is able to access this information.
Pros

Cons
- When applying credit card transactions in the Charge payoff module, it would be great to be able to sort by date and be able to see the amounts selected without scrolling all the way to the bottom.
- I may not be the best person to answer this, but I believe our ROI is reflected in all of the reporting and data that we can pull at any given time.
We have automated our recurring giving in the AP module. I look forward to learning and trying things out from the classes that I took at the recent conference in Las Vegas. I also have signed up for the community and plan to learn how Intacct can better my AP processes.
I have not currently used any of the above modules but I do know we are interested in the spend management and contract management options. We do not currently have either of those in place for our organization. Looking forward to learning and seeing how this can best help our department as well as others.
None. During my time with this business, we already had Sage Intacct and are very happy with it. I do not know what was used prior to this software. We do have some software's that we use along with Intacct to compliment and provide us with the data that our department needs.
