Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We are using Sage Intacct for the central offices and certain agencies of the Archdiocese. It has allowed us to have a centralized platform where we can transact and report on a timely basis. It has done a great job of increasing our transparency and accountability through use of dashboards and reports available to non-accounting users.
- Enables non-accounting users by allowing them to enter expenses directly into the system, and subsequently report on their respective departments

- Editing transactions is very limited, based on a variety of factors.

Automation has reduced errors, increased efficiency, and made the whole process more streamlined.
Financial Edge was not built to be a cloud-based platform, and it was VERY evident. Only a very small portion of the functions have switched to the new UI, and most of them are still older systems with a new face. It was very clear that Sage Intacct was built from the ground up to be a cloud-based provider.
