Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Sage Intacct is our main ERP system. It has helped us reduce our month end close by 15 days. We love the inter-company capabilities, the reporting is easy to setup and configure, and we’re able to add many dimensions to track expenses. It is easy to use and to train other team members to use.

We have benefited from GL but have utilized other tools for AP automation like Bill.com, which integrates well.

Alternatives Considered

NetSuite

NetSuite was less expensive but did not have the same capabilities--very glad we went with Sage Intacct!

Likelihood to Recommend

Best suited for a medium-sized company. Setting up extensive AP approvals can be difficult. Sage Intacct does not handle large-scale cash application transactions. It does integrate well with other systems: Bill.com and BillTrust.
