Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is used primarily by our Accounting team, with some use by the Finance team. The tool solves for tracking some things in Excel, such as Fixed Assets, pre-paids, bank reconciliations, etc. Sage also integrates with some of our other systems, so there are efficiency gains in those areas, with one being expense reimbursement.
- Customization of reporting -Sage Intacct allows you to build dashboards, and you can customize those reports to ensure you can reliably pull the information you need.
- Annual conference - Sage has an annual conference that provides a lot of information on updates to their product, and other vendors in the Accounting/Finance space.
- Updates - Sage [is] consistently providing updates, new features to the product.
- Customer Service - It can be cumbersome to request support. You're required to login to another site, as oppose[d] to logging the case directly from the main page.
- Assigning access - The access page is overwhelming. When new team members start it can be difficult to know how to give them the access they need, it is not always clear from the access page.
- Sage Intacct has allowed us to get our monthly close time down by 3 days. We continue to utilize new features, and see new efficiencies.
- Sage Intacct has allowed the Finance team to view reports and analyze without needing to go through the Accounting team.

Would you buy Sage Intacct again?

My company has not utilized a lot of the automation features. We've looked into them, and at this time they unfortunately just do not fit the needs of our organization. We have made use of the automatic bank feeds, and since we have multiple bank accounts this has cut down on some of the monthly bank reconciliation process.
