Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are currently using Sage Intacct in the finance department only. We are using AP, general ledger, and some parts of cash management.

Usability

I really like Sage Intacct. It is very easy to use and very user friendly.

I have only needed to use Sage Intacct support once. But I had a very great impression of them at first. They were able to solve our problem with ease and they stayed on top of it until the case was complete.

We do not use the automation imports, so our organization has not benefited from this as of yet.

Alternatives Considered

Oracle PeopleSoft HCM

I like Sage Intacct a lot better. It is easier to navigate through different processes.

Likelihood to Recommend

Great overall system. Very easy to learn. The system cut our AP time in half.

Sage Intacct is the way to go
