Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

It is used across all of the organization from IT engineers to track time and expenses to HR and finance department for timesheet approvals and billing.
  • Great for time tracking!
  • I like how you can create drafts daily without submitting your timesheet until the end of the week.
  • The expenses feature is great to keep a track of all the expenses on all business trips
  • I'd just prefer a mobile app instead of the web version, but still the web version is pretty good
  • It has definitely had a positive impact on the company, there is now more control over the employees and also people love it because of the ease of use
  • With the prior time tracking application we had, we were able to track time from an iOS and android application. With intact, this is not possible right now, you need to access their web portal
  • Managers and HR love Intacct; it is so quick to approve timesheets and add notes/comments if needed.
The web portal is very intuitive for the user, the section to create timesheets is as well. I like how you can draft your timesheets as you change your priorities at work, and then by the end of the week, you can just submit those. The only thing I'd change is for them to have a mobile application, but still, the web portal is still very easy to use.

The manual processes that were performed by the HR department and finance have improved significantly, there is much more control now, that automation has also helped to avoid human mistakes. Also now, whenever some manager needs some analysis on the data (like accounts), they can just go to Intacct and check the information there without asking someone from finance for that information.

Intacct is very easy to use as well, also in Intacct vs our prior time tracking application, we also have a list of all the employee holidays so that they can go and check the list there. I think Intacct is better for managers, HR, and the finance department, but also is very easy to use for employees and you can set email reminders by the end of the week so you don't forget about submitting your timesheet.
Intacct is perfect for time tracking and expense tracking on business trips. I like how I can draft my timesheets daily, and then by the end of the week, I can only submit what I have, it makes it so fast and it is very easy to use.
