It feels unnecessarily complex and navigation takes more time than the previous UI.
The third party re-seller our subscription is with provides support. They've been pretty great.

Our experience has been fairly poor with Intacct. We have numerous integrations triggered by smart events that are consistently unreliable, to the point where we've had to develop our own backup syncs to pull data. Our day-to-day users are frequently frustrated with the inconsistency of the UI (some actions they do multiple times a day unexpectedly stop functioning), and their frustration only increased with the UI change (it takes more time to navigate most of the commonly used pages).
