Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
GWI leverages Sage Intacct to submit purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders and track expenses. The finance team uses it for additional accounting functions and is able to share detailed dashboard information with the management team. Being cloud based has allowed us to ditch the local servers and access our financial information wherever we are.
- Fast data display
- Easy to drill into complex information sets
- Purchase requisitions should have an automatic link created for the purchase order. Users have to view this information in the history section. Not intuitive.
- The purchase approval process should be clearly viewable. Currently you have to look at historic approvals to get the approval information.
- We were able to remove aging hardware and antiquated software solutions from our network.

We are still in the process of updating our internal flows to accommodate the additional data that we can now track. We anticipate using automation in the near future.
