Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Currently, we are using Sage Intacct for financial purposes. The Finance Team uses Intacct.
- User friendly
- Easy to manueouver
- Very difficult and confusing to build reports.
- Some sort of glitch where all our modules do not show without going to the entity and choosing me as a user then saving and refreshing, then the other modules will all show up.
- We had to hire a consultant to build custom reports.
We import many journal entries as we book expenses by each department. It saves a lot of time. The new banking module is easy to use and reconcile.
I did not set up Intacct at my current company. I have implemented it at a prior company. It was very easy to configure and our representative was very helpful and patient. The vendor that my current company used was a nightmare so we are in the process of reinstalling and setting up a new Intacct environment currently.
Do you think Sage Intacct delivers good value for the price?

Did Sage Intacct live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Sage Intacct go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Sage Intacct again?
Yes
I have used Great Plains, QuickBooks, and NetSuite. Intacct is a step up from QuickBooks and more functional. It has been quite a while since I used the others but all in all, I remember it is much easier to use than Great Plains.
